Tony Vigil, President
Tony left a career in the ice cream industry to join Desco in 1989. Over the years he has worked in all areas of the company which has rounded out his skill set to better help him run Desco. Today his primary functions are business development and customer satisfaction. “Being a family-owned business allows us the opportunity to personalize our services to each and every customer’s specific needs”. When Tony is not working he enjoys spending time with his family and motorcycle riding, taking recent trips to Costa Rica and down the Baja peninsula.
Grant Vigil, Service Manager
Starting with Desco while still in high school, Grant worked part time after class and on vacation days until he moved to a full time position after graduation. After several years of hard work Grant stepped in to the Service Manager position and has now been with Desco for over five years. Grant prides himself on his ability to take a negative situation and turning it to a positive by being friendly, polite, and always putting his customer's needs first.
During his free time Grant enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and their two dogs doing fun outdoor activities such as camping, fishing, and Jeeping. Aside from his love of outdoors Grant also enjoys spending time with his family and friends. |
Sharon Vigil, Office Manager
Sharon has worked part time for Desco for several years. However, after officially retiring from her career with the State of California, Sharon took over the Office Manager position at Desco in 2017. She is now responsible for Desco’s accounting, scheduling and keeping the office running smoothly. Her years of experience managing administrative functions in several Departments gives her a good perspective on what it takes to provide great customer service. Her goal is to be a great liaison between the customer and the sales and service staff.
When Sharon is not at work her favorite activities are spending time with family, especially outdoors. And, she loves finding and refurbishing antique and vintage furniture and décor.
